no lock in contracts
At Pro Fitness MMA Somerville, we offer flexible weekly memberships with no lock-in contracts. You are free to train with us on a week-to-week basis, with the ability to cancel or modify your membership without any long-term commitment.
No Cancellation Fees
We pride ourselves on providing a transparent membership experience. If you decide to cancel your membership, there are no cancellation fees. Simply notify us via email of your intent to cancel, and we will process your request accordingly.
Account hold policy
We understand that life may occasionally require a break from training. You are allowed to put your membership on hold for up to four consecutive weeks with no charge.
-
To place your membership on hold, please notify us via email in advance.
-
If your account is on hold for more than four weeks, your membership will be considered canceled. If you wish to return after four or more weeks, you will be required to pay a $99 sign-up fee (unless a family member has an active account).
Family Member Exception
If your membership has been on hold for longer than four weeks but you have a family member with an active membership, you will be exempt from the $99 sign-up fee when reactivating your account. To qualify for this exemption, the family member’s active membership must be verified and current at the time of your reactivation.
Suspension, Cancellation, and Communication
All suspensions, cancellations, or account changes (including holds) must be communicated via email. This ensures that we can properly track and process your request in a timely manner. Please send your email to profitness@somervillemma.com.au and include your full name and membership details for verification.
membership renewal
Your membership will automatically renew on a weekly basis unless you notify us of a suspension, hold, or cancellation as outlined in these policies.
By becoming a member of Pro Fitness MMA Somerville, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. We may update these policies as necessary, and members will be notified of any changes.
