Our Bully Proof Program for children ages 4-6 is designed to build confidence, respect, and self-defense skills in a safe and supportive environment. Using the "Talk, Tell, Tackle" approach, kids learn how to handle difficult situations by communicating effectively, seeking help when needed, and confidently standing their ground. Through age-appropriate Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu principles, children develop essential skills in coordination, balance, and discipline, all while having fun. The program focuses on empowering young kids to navigate challenges with confidence and resilience. Private lessons ensure personalized attention, giving your child the tools they need to feel safe and secure, both in and out of the gym.

With a strong background in martial arts and competitive experience, including his participation in events like Grappling Industries Melbourne, Josh is passionate about helping young athletes build confidence, discipline, and skill. His leadership in the gym focuses on fostering personal growth, respect, and perseverance, both on and off the mats.
